Our Jewelry boutique is located and headquartered in the beautiful state of sunny California.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

We allow cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. If you change your mind within that time, need to change products, or make a general exchange, please email us at support@hautejewelryco.com

How does shipping work?

Your order will be shipped in partnership with USPS for the US, Canada Post for Canada, Royal Mail for the UK, Australia Post for Australia, and other main shipping lines for other countries
