But in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order and/or have received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us within 3 business days of receiving your item(s) with your name, order number and include images of the issue and we will resolve this matter for you immediately. All re-shipments are at no additional cost to the customer.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to return/exchange items. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition. Our business was built on service and quality. All of our products have gone through a meticulous product selection process and extensive quality assurance process. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to customer's error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, accidental purchases, colors, etc. Our products are manufactured under market demand and as such they are not always available. Due to limited quantities and promotions, items may sell out during the checkout process. However, if something is sold out, please email us and we will do our best to have it made for you!
