Shipping & Delivery
The standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. Please keep in mind that during holidays or with items that have a very high demand, this time may vary and be delayed. Also orders may be delayed due to the Covid-19 global pandemic. International orders must clear import/export regulations which can potentially add to the shipping time of an order. All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing and fulfillment. Our fulfillment team works 24/7 to ensure that your orders are packaged and sent out as quickly as possible!
Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for any shipments that are sent to an incorrect address due to customer's error. We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. We ship using USPS for both domestic and international orders.
